Rated 5 out of 5 by This product works for me I purchase your fan after I read a article on basemant ventilation. Because of it's quiet operation and it's air removal,I install the unit in the wall venting outside.Works excellent and save me quite a bit of money February 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost perfect Fan/Light COmbo This light and fan combo is great except for some slight issues. Because of the unusual duct size, I had to buy a reducer to use standard 3 inch duct. Also, was not the easiest to install in an already finished room. It would have been a lot easier to install w/o a ceiling already being in place. Have been using this fan for 3 months now and have not had any issues. February 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by low noise, good exhaust and with light for bathroom I bought this product for its low nosie and energy efficiency It has dual lightsm but we use only one The only drawback appears to be is to adjust for change of light intensity from low to high reflecting the feature common to energy saving bulbs. Otherwise it appears to be an excelent purchase February 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This fan moves plenty of air quietly. I'm an engineer so I evaluate products on the technical level. This fan easily beats all construction grade fans in design and assembly. Aesthetics design is simple so it blends well and does not try to make a statement. Everything I wanted from a bathroom fan. February 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This fan is an exellent buy The fan is so quiet compared to what was in the bathroom originally that we can hardly tell when it is on. February 20, 2013

We don't really need the night light and I'm replacing an existing recessed light with the fan, so I have only one switch already wired. I like all the other features of this light but don't want to have to rewire.

    Answer:
Thank you for your question on exhaust fan/lights. To connect a fan/light to a single switch, you would wire all of the white wires from the ceiling unit to the house white neutral wire. Next connect the bare ground wire from the house to the ground screw or green wire from the ceiling unit. Last, you would connect the fan and light power wires (normally black and blue) to the power wire from the wall switch (normally black).
