I have an earlier model of the 750 series. Can't remove globe which seems to want to unscrew. I don't want to apply too much force in fear of breaking it. I could use a little advice on proper method. Thankyou

Answer:
RELAMPING
Pull grille assembly away from ceiling. You may need to use a flat head screw driver or butter knife on edge of grille to loosen it.
Squeeze the grille assembly’s mounting springs together, and remove grille assembly from housing to expose socket for relamping.
Insert lamp (100 watt maximum for light - 7 watt maximum for night light) into the socket.
Replace grille assembly flat against the ceiling after relamping

The globe appears to be glass suspended on a plastic ring with six tabs. The globe has slots that align with the plastic tabs on the ring but requires some additional "magic" to get it down. If I pry out the glass, I worry it will crack or shatter.

Thank you for your question.
To remove the grille/lens assembly, simply pull down on the entire outer plastic grille. There are 2 springs, on opposite sides, which need to be pinched together and brought down through holes in the housing. (The glass lens is part of the grille and both will come down as one piece.) I hope this will be helpful.
