Answer:
Exterior mounted fans do not carry sone levels. Only exhaust fans that are installed on the interior, are rated by the Home Ventilating Institute for sound levels.

A ring that you loosen jars with can be used to remove the bulbs in your range hood. We also have a tool that can be purchased, part number S99526707. Contact Customer Service @ 1-800-558-1711 for additional assistance.
