Very happy with the hood and appearance but be aware the bulbs and installation tool are not included as it states in the manual.

We have been very happy with this range hood. It completed our recent kitchen remodel and looks great with all the other chrome appliances. It has all the features we needed along with looking great.

The hookup for this unit was easy to install. We like the looks and the way it preforms. The light bulbs went in very easy. We would recomend this unit.

I like our new under cabinet range hood. it looks great with the stainless steel back-splash and the stove. The only thing I don't like is that the knobs are hard to turn on and off and we have already had to replace them. Also, the fan is really noisy. The charcoal filters work but aren't easy to find.

The switches for the fan and lights are poor quality. They require too much pressure to turn on/off. They make a click sound that is too loud. Switches are plastic and because they require extra force the plastic that keeps them in place may break. Mine broke and Broan sent me replacement switches which were easy to install. But switches are still plastic so they may break again. Disappointed that Broan chose to cut corners and save a dime with these cheap switches. I wish they would design a quality switch and ship free to Broan owners.
I would recommend this product if the switches were better quality.

We purchased this hood to replace an existing Broan Range hood that we had for 10 yrs. This replacement was due to an update of all appliances in our kitchen and not a result of dissatifaction.
We enjoy the beauty of this stainless steel appliance, the lighting effects presented on our stove top and the relative quite of thje exhaust fan.
We wouldn't hesitate to purchase another product from Broan.

The installation was effortless and the directions were clear and concise. You can see that this is quality merchandise from the feel of the contols to the powerfull fan. Very high tech. This was one of the best purchases I made this year. My hats off to you for a quality product.
