Broan 433 Shutter

Is there a mechanical stop to prevent a lower louver to wedge itself under a higher louver by being blown past horizon in high gusty winds, and completely vertical upward? I've been experiencing this with you competitors shutter.

How many inch are needed for shutter open all the way up to get maxi. air flow? what are length and width for the opening?

I will need to create custom frame ( install the shutter from inside) before install fan. I need to know all detail. please provide information on space needed when shutter open up,like attached picture.
